Permission is granted to print and publish these devotions with this acknowledgement: ‘Reproduced with permission: Lutheran Church of Australia 2022’. If possible, please provide a link to the Daily Devotion archive page: www.lca.org.au/daily-devotion. LCA Communications is producing a week of devotions in advance in ready-to-print format for congregations to deliver to members. To receive a link to the printable sets each week, simply ask us, at lca.comms@lca.org.au. Click here to find the print versions of Daily Devotion. The Daily Devotions project is supported by the LCA Special Ministry Fund, which is made possible by the generous financial assistance of the LLL.

Rejection

Faith for fear

Jesus answered, ‘Watch out, and do not let anyone deceive you. Many men, claiming to speak for me, will come and say, “I am the Messiah!” and they will deceive many people. You are going to hear the noise of battles close by and the news of battles far away; but do not be troubled…. Read more

For the good of the people
