Walk My Way needs you!
ALWS is looking for volunteers to join the team for Walk My Way in South Australia’s Barossa Valley on Saturday 1 May. While participants walk, wheel or woof their way along 26 kilometres to support refugee kids to go to school, you’ll be part of the fun behind the scenes or along the route.

Aussie ‘grannies’ for refugee children

While they may come from opposite sides of the world, a wonderful connection has developed between a group of Lutheran ladies from the Adelaide Hills and 25 refugee children from Blair Athol North Primary School, thanks to a remote-teaching project that has blossomed into meaningful friendships.

Festival of Learning a first for ALC
Open to anyone, anywhere, Australian Lutheran College’s (ALC) Festival of Learning (15–19 February) used a hybrid approach to bring people together on campus and online, with the majority favouring a remote learning experience.
