70 years of sharing the gospel
Lutheran Media has celebrated 70 years of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The LCA outreach recognised the milestone with a high tea for supporters in Adelaide, where MC and Christian commercial radio station host Jayne Lochert spoke of people’s need for real hope and how the most important story of all, Jesus Christ, needs to be told.
The event also was a chance to acknowledge the many members of the LCA and others who have supported, prayed and worked for Lutheran Media.
Kurt Buchholz, president and CEO of Lutheran Hour Ministries in the US, a partner of Lutheran Media, was among special guests at the anniversary celebration. He reminded the gathering that Lutheran Media has the ability to reach mass numbers of people and to bring Christ directly to people as they seek answers and messages of hope for the things they’re struggling with in their lives.
