‘I’d like to order your booklet on anger for my mate.’
While many men often find it difficult to ask for help, Lutheran Media receives numerous requests like this one from men who want assistance with issues such as depression, anger and relationships.
And thanks to the support of Lutheran Men of Australia, there’s a new website for men. On the site you’ll find videos, booklets and small group studies (with videos and guides) that will encourage and help you.
There are videos on the reconciliation between a father and a son, how to cope with pain, and making a wooden cross, to give people hope in Jesus.
There are booklets to order on guilt, comebacks, and pornography and there are small group video and study guide discussions, including Regrets, Reality and Restoration, Journey from Unbelief to Faith, and Noah – The Man, The Ark, The Flood.
In addition, there are more videos, booklets and small group discussions available for download by following the links on the website and some of these topics aren’t just for men.
On the For Men website, there’s even space to advertise and link to a local men’s event or newsletter. Send your event details to luthmedia@lca.org.au.
